The Sit

Master Key Experience Week 9

The Sit

This week my sits were focused on visualizing a tiny seed growing into a beautiful flowering plant.  I also focused on the perfect affirmation:  “I am whole, perfect, strong, powerful, loving, harmonious, and happy.”  This affirmation was very helpful to me during the Thanksgiving holiday. Holidays can be stressful but by using the law of substitution and the Seven Day Mental Diet, I was able to quickly dismiss all negative thoughts and replace them with my new affirmation.

I must confess that during the Thanksgiving holiday, I didn’t always take the same position in the same chair as heretofore utilized. One of my sits took place on the beach upon which I had heretofore used for surf fishing. I visualized my Thanksgiving guest catching a fish in the surf.  And, sure enough, my visualization was manifested when my guest landed a beautiful Black Drum. Dinner was delicious,  baked fish, steamed rice, and Le Sueur sweet peas accompanied by Chardonnay wine.

By being the observer, I was able to recognize and be thankful for the many blessings that I have this Thanksgiving season. The affirmation “I am whole, perfect, strong, powerful, loving, harmonious, and happy” will help me through the upcoming challenges in every phase of my life.

Visualizing a flower and bringing it from the unseen into the seen was an interesting exercise. It was difficult at first but after a few days, the vision became clearer.  Now the trick is to apply this visualization process to other subjects such as bring a blank computer screen into a blog.

Growth Be The Journey

    Hello Guy,

Wonderful post about your week 9 experience.
I am with you about the blank computer screen comment, with that said let’s not allow a moment of hesitation get in the way of manifesting into tangible words the ideas -aka seeds- that are already germinating within.
